Started by Matt Riddle 10 years ago, MLX has morphed into a four-day smorgasbord of the prime picks of our swing scene. There’s more than just dancing, with additional tours and activities run by our passionate volunteers.
The MJDA
MLX is run by a not-for-profit group, the Melbourne Jazz Dance Association (MJDA).
From just five (Sam Carroll, Dianne King, Brian Renehan, Wendy Renehan and Darren Witt) in 2005, we have grown to a team of over a dozen dancers. Keen on joining us? Get your back off the wall and talk to us.
