Where to Hang your Hat and Whip
Stay with a Melbourne host
Who can I stay with?
We’ll find a local Melbourne dancer for you. Just tick the hosting box when you register and we’ll match you up.
What can my host provide?
A bed or couch space, breakfast in the morning and good ‘ol Melbourne hospitality. Your host will help you with your bearings and maybe even transport if they can.
What can I do for my host?
Be a considerate houseguest and consider a small thank-you gift for your darling host. And no snakes in the bed, except for jelly ones. Indy would not approve.
Where to stay in Melbourne
Most of the action is North-side (except for Friday night at Ormond Hall on St Kilda Rd), so we’ve kept suggestions to the CBD, North Melbourne, Parkville, Carlton, Fitzroy, and East Melbourne, with one in Richmond for good measure.
These are our budget to mid-range recommendations. If you want something snazzy, search wotif.com and go knock yourself out.
